If crowns or fillings for front teeth are recommended, I advise whitening your teeth first and scheduling the dental work a week later for optimal shade matching. Dental cleanings before your appointment contribute to a more comfortable experience, as inflamed gums may cause discomfort. Maintain good oral hygiene by flossing and brushing twice daily, and consider using mouthwash to eliminate bacteria around the gums.
